Project Agreements

Once you accept our quote, we will provide a written contract that outlines the work to be done, timeline, and payment terms. Both parties must sign this contract before we start any work.

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We will do our best to minimize disruption to your daily routine.

Payment Terms

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause work until the account is current.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All deck installations come with a workmanship warranty as outlined in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

To keep your warranty valid, you must follow recommended maintenance guidelines. We will provide you with care instructions for your new deck.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.

Changes to the project scope after work has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide a revised quote for your approval.

Liability and Insurance

We are fully licensed and insured for your protection. Our insurance covers property damage and worker injuries that may occur during the project.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed before we begin work. You are responsible for having utilities located before construction starts.

Weather and Project Delays

While we do our best to stick to the timeline in your contract, some delays are beyond our control. Weather, supply shortages, and permit delays can affect completion dates.

We will keep you informed if any delays occur and work to get your project back on track as quickly as possible.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to help you request quotes. You agree not to misuse our website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on our website, including images and text, is our property. You may not copy or use this content without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

Custom deck designs we create for your project remain our intellectual property until the project is completed and paid in full. After completion, you have the right to the design for your personal use.

Dispute Resolution

If any disagreement arises, we prefer to resolve it through direct communication. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Pima County, Arizona before pursuing legal action.
